How did you learn about Montessori? - A friend of mine took the training when I was working at a traditional preschool and was frustrated. My friend told me there was another way and took me to observe at a Montessori Preschool. I fell in love!
Where did you take your training? - At the Montessori Institute Northwest in Portland, Oregon (MINW)
What do you love most about Montessori? - The independence, love of learning, and respect. Children learn to expect and to practice.

Favorite trip ever taken? - My husband and I went to Penticton, Canada. I loved it because it was beautiful in nature, delicious in food, and the people we met were considerate and kind.
Favorite local place? - Babo Italian Eatery
Any other schooling, degrees or training? - I was in college to become an art teacher before I took my Montessori training.
